Google Opens Up Trusted Store for all US Merchants.

After testing it with around 50 different online marketplaces and more than 10 million orders, Google finally opened the ‘Google Trusted Store’ Program for all US merchants.

Tom Fallows, Group Product Manager, Google Shopping announced, “We’ve been testing the program since last fall with about 50 online merchants and more than 10 million orders. It’s working even better than we hoped, generating positive feedback from shoppers and increasing sales for merchants. Starting today, Google Trusted Store is open to all U.S. merchants who want to apply.”

As per Google, this program will help shoppers to shop more confidently while adding more credibility to merchants. Google will also share its report card with online users about the Store.

Google also claims that ‘Google Trusted Store’ accelerates ecommerce marketing as well by helping online stores attract new customers, increase sales and differentiate themselves by showing off their excellent services via the badge on their websites. Soon the badge will also appear on Google.com ads and in Google Shopping results.

Process:-
Add Google Trusted Stores code to your website
For 28 days, Google will monitor your shipping and customer service
If you perform well, the Google Trusted Stores badge will begin appearing on your site.
